Merry Christmas!

As I’m settling in after the holiday I have started to look back on what I did and did not do today. I ate a lot of food, cookies included, but I didn’t go way overboard. I splurged today and tomorrow I will continue on with my meal plans and follow them until next week. Next week will be harder as it’s both new years and my birthday. I am thinking about not doing the cake thing. Actually I probably won’t be doing anything.
