Lets lose some weight

Sounds good right. Well I am happy to say I started last year and did pretty well. I’ve lost about 55lbs and plan on losing more then that this year.

I’m going to try to post my weekly weight loss/weight gain on this blog. Yes I said weight gain. I’m being realistic, one I may not have time to do much one week, being a student and all. The other reason is that muscle weighs more then fat, if I gain muscle thats fine. I am also going to post my measurements as well. So I will hopefully see a difference week to week and month to month.

Weight loss info for this week:

weight 274 lbs

measurements: I can’t find my measuring tape so I will have these up next week ( I hope!)

    The million pound match up is swamped so, I will have to check it out later. I too am working on loosing weight. I finally lost 10 pounds this year. I hate loosing weight! No longer are the days that I can just quit drinking sugar and get back down to what I should be at. I have 40-50 more to go. I would be GLAD to give the biggest loser challenge my 50 =) Good luck!

    I noticed that, I’m on the list to be informed when it goes live again. I hope soon. I’d love to add my weight loss too.

    It will be fun to be part of something big like this.
