I’ve decided to get more involved in memes. So here is one I thought would be fun to do on Fridays.

1. I’m looking forward to getting my report next week.
2. I don’t handle confrontation very well.
3. chicken is something I could eat every day.
4. Warmth and sunlight rules.
5. 200lbs here I come!
6. I want tattoo(s).
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to relaxing, tomorrow my plans include shopping and Sunday, I want to watch NASCAR!

I love getting cards, it seems like people just don’t send them much anymore. I can’t complain as I didn’t get to send out my Christmas cards this year. Hopefully I can get to it next year. For me it seems silly to send out cards to my family. I see most of them around Christmas at family parties anyway. I do still want to send them to the family I don’t see and friends. This year I plan on sending photo cards just because I think it would be fun. It may not be a photo of me, but it will be one that I took.

Of course birthday cards are a different story. I should really start sending those. If I move I will have to send one to my niece as my sister isn’t doing big parties for her anymore so I won’t see her on her birthday, that and she’s getting more into the friend birthday parties now. She doesn’t want her aunts and grandparents there for that. I think she would rather just get money in a card and be done with it. She has always loved getting money in cards, when she was little around 2 she would hand the card to my sister and keep the cash, the good part was she didn’t know what a check was so she would at least give that to her mom. Kids are so strange sometimes.

So it’s snowing again today. You know snow is pretty, but very very annoying now. I am ready for spring and it just doesn’t seem to want to get here. The bad thing is my mom wants to go out and pay bills. So we have to get her down the steps of the house to the car and all that fun stuff in very slippery snow. This is going to be fun.

I think my issue is that I’m tired of not having energy spring always makes me want to do spring cleaning and move more. I have to force myself to do anything right now and it sucks! Anyone else having this issue or am I just crazy?

As many of you know I’m working hard to lose weight, this week I have noticed old habits coming back into play. I have been having a severe case of the Munchys that I haven’t had until now. I know much of it is because I’ve been very depressed and stressed. So yes it’s emotional eating.

I’ve been looking online for some help and I found a site, www.ShrinkYourself.com that seems to be a good fit. I don’t have money to pay for the program right now, but they have some good information in the free sections of their site. I am hoping this is just a bad time and that I will soon get over it and move on, but any help I can get will make it go away faster. I really think I just need to get new friends in my area. people who will motivate me instead of putting me down and telling me I can’t do it. I think I’m dreaming when it comes to that, so maybe I’ll just have to get a second personality that tells me I can do it!

I got a hold of a camera this week so here is a picture of my view from my back door. I think it’s very pretty and fun to look at. I still really wish is were spring though. It’s so cold here. Right now it’s 10 degrees!

 It’s very funny, my cat loves to go outside, but all winter she runs to the door when we let the dog out and stops when she hits the cold. A few times she has even done back flips to get away from the cold weather. Maybe I’ll be able to catch her with the camera one day.

I hate that the economy is getting so bad, people can’t find work, they can’t pay bills and they are losing their homes. I am happy to see the government step in and do something but there is only so much they can do also. Yesterday I was talking to my aunt and she said her futures broker told her to watch her spending as everything is going to get much worse before it gets better.

I’m not surprised he said that, I’m thinking the same thing. It’s just a downward spiral that has been going on for the last 5 years or so. I said 4 years ago we were going in a bad direction and that someone needed to do something. History does repeat itself. This was going to happen sooner or later. Hopefully we can get though this and come back up on top of things again.

Yesterday I found myself looking once again at Vegas hotels. I still really want to go to Las Vegas. I think though that I won’t have the money for a while so I’m going to start saving for every pound I lose I am going to put a dollar into my Vegas fund. I know it won’t be much I only have to lose 150 to get to my target weight, but at least it will be a start.

The reason it’s one dollar is that I also want a tattoo so I’m also putting aside a dollar per pound for that. I’m very excited about getting one as I have wanted one for 4 years. My little sister got one a few months ago and it made me want one even more. It’s going to be on my back where I can choose who sees it. I think thats a good move. That and I don’t have to look at it all the time if I get tired of it!
