Falling property values and rising interest rate and variable rates are causing mortgage payments to go up with no ability to get into a fixed-rate mortgage. I'm a student so I don't have to start paying on my loans until next year but they are not the reason I would need to file I have other bills that I can't pay right now that have been on my credit for about 3 or 4 years.
