Sunny days and tired days

Today was a little better then yesterday. I woke up and was happy, then about an hour later I just started crying. I don’t know why, but I was down all morning. Then I laid down because of a headache and woke up 2 hours latter feeling much better. Now my head hurts again, but I’m still doing okay.
I think all of the sun made me tired. Last summer I was on medication that kept me from going out in the sun. This year so far I have been out almost every day. I think it did me in. I’m still tired, but I’m making myself stay up for another 2 hours, then I can go to bed.
Anyone else having warm weather laziness?
