The Benefits Of Mystery Shopping
Many people right now are looking for ways to make money, this includes business. The problem is most business have trouble finding out what they are doing right because most people only send feedback in when something goes wrong. This is where a mystery shopping company comes into play.
I have been a mystery shopper for about 4 years now. I enjoy it and I know I have help many companies improve their image, sales and service. Many mystery shoppers are trained by companies and they are professionals. We look at everything and make sure it’s being done the way it’s suppose to be. We also comment on the good things and the above and beyond things that many customers would not even realize was an extra.
Not only that but many times I have commented on things the people around me say, such as the price of an item being to high or their surprise at how low the price is. Many mystery shoppers pay attention to what the other customers are saying. That way the feedback for the company is much more in depth and useful. It’s a fun job, with a lot of work to it, but someone has to do it right?
