Next Week Starts The Chase!

I didn’t think I would be able to watch the nascar race today, but luckily I got to the TV first and the TV hogs left it alone instead of changing it on me like they normally do. So I was able to watch Jimmy beat out Tony and I was very happy. I’m sad that Kasey didn’t make the chase, but at least Jimmy is in.
I’m still holding out for Vickers next year. He really did well this year and hopefully he continues to improve and can make the chase next year! So who do you think it going to win. Me? I’m hoping Jimmy or Carl Edwards. I wonder what amazing thing Carl would do if he won?

That’s great that Jimmy made it. Happy Harvick has kinda let me down this year though.
As much as I love to drive, I never got into the mechanical side of cars, hence was never much of a race fan. But when I was trying to work out a scoring system for a competitive poetry league I was developing someone recommended I check out NASCAR.
As a student of game theory I was fascinated by the system used in the NexTel chase. It’s unlike any other sporting event I’ve ever seen.

My sister is a Harvick fan and she’s not happy this year. She still loves him though
I use to watch it as a kid, but never picked a driver or anything and only watched when i was bored, my sister got into it a few years ago and then I got back into it.
