Remembering 9-11
I thought about how I was going to write this post all morning, it seems that everyone has something to say about 9-11, where they were, what they were doing and what they felt. I have read though some great articles and blogs that discussed all of these things, but I wonder are they really sincere or are they just hoping to get readers to their blogs.
Maybe we should start to let go a little and move on, I don’t mean this out of disrespect, but out of respect for those who actually lost loved ones in this horrible event. As I was reading though many of these articles I saw a common theme. Many of the people who lost loved ones really are now just seeing the whole big deal we make of this day as a way to make money or get popular. One man didn’t want the presidential candidates there as they really felt it should be just for the families. I would have to agree, yes we were all effected in some way, but I think a simple moment of silence and a comment stating you care is enough.
So on that note I will stop talking and invite you to state your opinion, your views or even just a short I will remember. Also feel free to add a link to your post on 9-11 if you have one. There is one that I enjoyed reading below.

I’m honored that you enjoyed my post! It’s hard to know what to think or how to feel because of the fact that the attacks never touched my life personally. I feel sad for every life that was touched by this horrific event and know that the images from that day are something that I will never be able to forget!
I’m in the same position I did have a relative in the pentagon at the time of the attacks but she was on the other side of the building. So I know what it’s like to worry, but not what the people who lost loved ones are dealing with.
