Trying To Lose weight
I am trying to lose weight, but have not been trying much for the last few months. I was hoping to pick up again today, but I had a very busy weekend and felt horrible today. I did do a little bit, but nothing like I had hoped to do.
Tonight I’m excited that the biggest loser is going to be starting back up. It motivated me last season to start again, though I got discouraged because there sign up thing they did required you to have someone to do it with and I couldn’t have that so I lost some but not a whole lot. I’m looking into a forum or something free that may help me though and I’m hopeing the new season will help also.
I know I can lose some of the weight I want to, but it is very hard work, losing 10 lbs for me is easy, but keeping it off has been the hard part. I’m hoping that I can get going again. I lost 60lbs last year and was so happy, this year I gained 10lbs. I still need to lose 120lbs and I know it’s going to take a while, but at the same time it’s so easy to lose it seems it shouldn’t. The problem is I keep gaining it back because something comes up and i don’t have time to exercise.
