I have been working on mixing up my weight loss plan and one way I’m going to try to do it is by finding new recipes for lunch. I love to cook, but right now I have to watch how big of a mess I make as my mother hates coming home to a messy house. I don’t mind cleaning but some days I just get so worn out that I can’t do it. The bad part of being a diabetic.

The problem I’m having right now is that I need healthy food that has enough carbs for my diet plan. Apparently I eat low carb, but not low enough carb to fit into the cookbook low carb category. The problem is that most other cook books do not show the carbs or other nutrition info for there recipes so it’s been a long hard process. I think I have found a few and may post them once I decide if they are good or not.

  1. God recipes are hard to come by, but so beneficial. I started a recipe page here (http://darceyherrmann.googlepages.com/fit%26fortyrecipes) that I need to add more to.
