Working On My Forum

I love my paid to post forum, Cash and Chat, but it seems that even though I get visitors no one is signing up. I think it’s from lack of posting, but I’m not sure. I try and so do some others, but I can’t seem to get people to stick around.
I tried paid posting sites to get it up and running a trick I learned from another forum owner, but it seems that these people either didn’t do the job well, left and never came back when they were done or didn’t do the job at all. Taking my money with them.
I get decent traffic, but no one sticks. I guess I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong. If you would like check out the forum and give me your opinions.

I would not join because you only have 60 members. That tells me that your a scam site or just not worth my time.
harsh I know, but maybe helpful?
I have had a feeling that the lack of members is a huge problem, not a scam site though I have paid every member who has won our contest.
