Getting The Run Around
Sunday, April 5, 2009 10:35Why is it that people try to scam others so much? Yesterday my mom went to get a new line added to our family account for my younger sister. When she told them she wanted it added to the family account they said she could not do it and that my sister would have to pay $250 and $60 a month for her own line. Lets just say no one was happy about this. So my mom proceeded to give them a piece of her mind and told them she might as well leave this company since she can’t get another line and has never been able to upgrade her phone. (she’s had the service for 4 years).
Guess what happened after that, they guy got on the computer, and managed to upgrade my mom’s phone and then all of the sudden he could add on my sisters line like we wanted. It’s amazing what speaking your mind can do isn’t it?
