Life and Unexpected Events

The other day my mother and I were talking about grave markers, yes I know it’s kind of gloomy, but we got onto the conversation because my fathers burial place has not been visited by me or my sister in a while. He is in a mausoleum and you can put things into a shelve that has a glass covering over it. My aunt wanted to put something in it and she mentioned that the plaque that is marking rocks collagethe resting spot is damaged.

I was talking to my mom about getting a new one as I hate the idea that only after 4 years it’s damaged. I guess things happen and now I have to fix it. I was looking for sites online where you could buy these things, just to see if I could get a better deal then what the mausoleum was giving me and I found a few good plaques that could work for this application, but of course I still have to talk to my sister. The website is called Bronze Markers And Plaques and I really like what they have. I’m even thinking of talking my mom into one day replacing my grandfather and grandmothers marker with a stone and plaque. I just love how they look, yes I think that is what I want to mark my grave as it fits me rather well. Of course if I had it my way I would also have a pond and waterfall feature, but I’m not rich so I’ll just take the stone.

Of course these plaques don’t have to be on a grave site, sometimes you just want to acknowledge that someone important did something in a spot, have a plaque to represent that you live somewhere or use them for awards for someone or a group that have done something special for you.

Thanks for the blog on http://www.BronzeMarkersAndPlaques.com! Our non-profit group needs a large commemorative bronze plaque and (ugh!) my wife needs to start looking for a bronze grave marker for her aunt since nobody else in the family is showing interest in helping look for something that’s affordable.
