My New Weight Loss Plan
I have noticed that no matter how much I exercise I’m not losing weight. It’s just not working and I have no idea why. I have decided now that since I am in school and don’t have a lot of time to commit to hard core exercise that I will start reducing calories. I’ve cut back on carbs already as I’m still trying to control my blood sugar. Now I want to feel full on less and of course this is the hard part.
I started a week ago and it’s been fun, I had one day that I just had to eat a ton of things, but that was more because I was stuck in class longer then normal and could not eat at my normal time. By the time I could I was so hungry that I just went a little overboard, and on McDonald’s chicken nuggets to boot! I talked with my self the next morning and told myself it was okay, there was nothing I could do about the splurge now, but I still needed to keep going with my plan.
The other part of my plan is to keep walking at least 10 minutes a day. For me it depends on the day and at school I can at least walk around campus for 10 minutes. I wish our campus was bigger though so that I actually had something to look at when I walked. It’s just a small campus with not much going for it though.
I’m hoping that this will work as I’m so tired of losing weight, then gaining it all back in 2 days. I really think something is wrong with me, but no insurance anymore so I’m out of luck when it comes to getting checked out.
