Sustainable Saturday Reuse
I have decided to change going green Monday to Sustainable Saturday. This phrase describes what I talk about much better then going green does. Sustainable is doing or making something that is going to be good for everyone, the environment and should be able to last for a while.
This Sustainable Saturday is about reusing things. It’s going to be short and sweet as I want you to be inspired, not just get ideas. Something fun I have found while searching online is reusing old gutters to make a garden. I’m thinking of seeing if my mother who is almost 60 would want to do this as it would be easier for her to reach things as she gets older.
Another good reuse is takeing plastic bags from the grocery store and using them for trash bags. My family has done this for a while, but if you don’t, you should. Yes you should be using reusable bags but even I know that you can not always have that bag with you.
Another thing that you can reuse is your junk mail. Use it for packaging, scrap paper and more.
What do you reuse?
