Weight Loss Success… Well Almost
I have lost 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks! I am very happy with my results so far. It has been a lot of hard work. No I’m not exercising my butt off. I am cutting back on what I eat. Right now I don’t have a ton of extra energy, but I am feeling better in general and I’m sure the energy will come soon. I have lost a lot of weight all at once and I know when I do lose even 2 or 3 lbs quickly I get tired for a day or so.
I’m going to keep working on this and see how I do, I don’t mind exercising, but it just seemed like no matter how much I exercised I didn’t lose weight. This time I think I may be able to jump start and go from there. If your interested in trying out this with me make sure you don’t go overboard and please talk to your doctor first. I have limited myself to 1,600 calories a day with 2 splurge days where I can go over that and closer to 2000. Of course holidays are the exception! I also use spark people to keep track of my eating and get good advice so check that out too.
The big thing is find something that works for you.
