Weight Loss Weigh In November 23, 2009

This week I did well and got some weight lifting in. The sad part is muscle does weigh more then fat and I did have 2 parties I went to this week, though I did try to watch what I ate I did eat more then I would have had I stayed home.
My goal is to lose 15lbs by christmas. (start weight: 281)
This weeks weight: 275
Goal for next week: 271
Yes my goal is more but if my instinct is right and it is muscle I gained I should have no problem hitting this. Of course I do have thanksgiving, so we will see.
