Lease a Home To Buy It

I love the idea of being able to lease a home, then buy that home outright. I love it because it allows more people to buy a home without going into a crazy amount of debt. It also is a great way to find out if you really are going to like the home your in. I know a few people who have had a home they have leased loved it and bought it pretty quickly. Others have hated it and managed to get out of the lease purchase contract
These types of homes are not hard to find, say your looking for a home in Seattle, just type in Lease Purchase Seattle homes and you should find a good amount of homes that you will be able to lease, or at least could try to lease. Check it out as it’s really a pretty cool concept.
