With the school year starting again it would be a great time to check into charter cable and internet service. They don’t offer it where I live, but I have had it before and I miss it. The internet was very fast and of course cable with the movie channels was a must for me. If you could makeover one room in your home which one would it be? Would you pick a bedroom, living room or maybe add a game room? I don’t own my own home, but I live with my parents and if I do enter this contest I would choose to remodel their basement. Why? Well they just had this home built and they had many problems with the people who did it. They would not talk to my mom, my step dad was always on the road and had no clue what was going on. So things were done poorly and not up to my or my mothers standards.

I have a teen brother who needs a game room so that him and his friends can stay out of trouble and would want to be at our home. As you can see we have a few things. I’ve had it before and I liked the service, but it’s not offered where I am so I can’t bid. Oh well I’m still signing up for the Nintendo Wii. Some people have asked me why I want one. I’m 25 and don’t play video games that much. The reason I want one is because I do like some games I just don’t have a game system. Shock! I know. My sister took the one my dad bought us and then took the one he had when he passed away so I didn’t get either one. It sucks, but I’ll deal.

I actually would love to win two Wii’s so I can give one to my little brother, he just got an Xbox 360 but he wanted a Wii for 2 years so I may end up giving him the first one I win and seeing if I can win another one, if not hopefully I can get a job soon and buy one for me. I figure he’s only 14 right now and can’t work for at least another year or two because of our state laws so he wouldn’t be able to buy one anyway. Yes I’m a nice sister I know.

Apparently there was a contest on 1800 flowers called will you marry me? The winner proposed on February 11th live on the youtube homepage.  I thought this was a very cute idea, oh by the way she said yes.

I love cute Valentine’s video like this, it just makes me think maybe someone out there can be happy. I still don’t like the big V-day much but I’m sure that will change if I ever get involved with someone. Until then I will keep watching these cute videos that show how much someone can really love someone else and know at least someone is happy.

I’m a student so I know how hard it is to get money for school. The good news is there are contest where you can win money to pay for your College Education. Right now Procter and Gamble are working with some great soap operas so you can get $50,000 dollars for your child’s education or a 6 month supply of pampers.

I think this is a great contest. All you have to do is watch one of the soaps and find out which character spoke the first line of the show. There are three soaps to choose from but you can only submit one answer per day. Still it’s a great shot at helping your child pay for college.
