Weight Loss Weigh In (Last and Late)

I realized that yesterday I did not post about my progress here on this blog. I did write a post on my new blog My Loss My Gain and if you have been following me you will want to check that blog out for my updates now.

My Goal Weight: 271

My Current Weight: 271

I made my weight this week, but I did not make my overall goal weight, I missed it by 5lbs. Not too bad and since my new goal is to lose 100 pounds I’m glad to have an okay start.

Weight Loss Weigh In December 22 2009

Yes, I know it’s a day late. I was not feeling well yesterday and it slipped my mind. I once again did not do very well this week. I had a ton to do and again had to eat out a lot. My choices were limited to not so healthy food, but I still think I could have done a lot worse.

My goal is to lose 15lbs by Christmas. (start weight: 281)

This weeks weight: 273

Goal for next week: 271

Just one more week and though I probably will not reach my goal, I think I have done okay. I’m looking forward to starting my new weight loss blog next week and am very excited about what I have planned.

Weight Loss Weigh In November 30th 2009

This week we had thanksgiving, 3 times and I had a movie audit for two days meaning I ate out those days. I still was able to lose a couple of pounds since I could walk the mall while doing my audit. I’m going to try to start up my exercising again too, but today has just not been a great day so far and it’s only 9am. We will see…

Weight Loss Weigh In November 16th 2009

I was looking back over my blog and I realized that in my sick coma I put that my weight last week was 280. I’ve fixed it and in case you don’t want to look it was 274.

This week I did reach my goal. Though I’m very surprised I did. I was helping my sister paint her apartment and we ate out a lot. I guess I did a good job picking my meals.

My goal is to lose 15lbs by christmas. (start weight: 281)

Today’s weight is: 271 pounds

My goal weight for next week is. 269 pounds

I am very excited to reach the 260′s, it’s has been many many years since I have been under 270. So this is big for me!

I also have finally decided on a domain name for my weight loss blog. Again excited to start that one too. I am thinking I will start it the day after christmas as that is the end of my goal on this blog and I really want to keep the momentum going.

Weight Loss Weigh In November 9th 2009

I realized this morning as I went searching to see what I weighed last week that I forgot to post my weight loss. Well I believe I was once again the same weight as I was the week before so we are going to say that was my weight.

Now when you see what I have lost below I do want to remind you that I have been very very sick this last week. I have hardly eaten anything. I’m feeling better now, but I’m still not 100%

My goal is to lose 15lbs by christmas. (start weight: 281)

Today’s weight is: 274 pounds

My goal weight for next week is. 272 pounds

Yes I lost 8 lbs. Now I actually lost about 13 altogether, but thankfully I gained a few of those back. 13 lbs in one week is just not fun as you lose a lot of water weight and you feel so dehydrated.

I’m now thinking of upping my weight loss to 20lbs. so that I have a good goal to reach for. I only have 7lbs left to lose before christmas and that is about 1 lb a week. I think I want to aim for 20lbs just to make it a little more interesting. I’ll decide this week and let you know next week. Since I’ve already changed this weight once!

Weight Loss Weigh In October 26, 2009

This week has been a better week, I am watching what I’m eating and I’ve been more active. I also was able to go out with friends, something I have not done in a long time so I’m feeling a lot better in general. I do believe that mood is a big factor when it comes to losing weight.

That said I didn’t lose a lot, but I’m happy with it. I am though at the suggestion of a friend redoing my goal. It’s now 15lbs. As it’s just not healthy for me to try to do the 30lbs.

My goal is to lose 15lbs by christmas. (start weight: 281)

Today’s weight is: 280 pounds

My goal weight for next week is. 278 pounds

I have also decided that if I hit that 15 lb mark I will be starting a blog just for my weight loss. My goal for that blog will be to lose 100 lbs. I think it will be fun and a challenge the reason I am waiting is that I know over the holidays I will be snacking. I have not only Thanksgiving, christmas and new years, but my birthday is Jan. 3rd so I’m thinking the 4th, a Monday would be a good day to start the blog.

Weight Loss Weigh In October 12, 2009

I realized this morning that I forgot to post last week, it’s been a long 2 weeks so my mind has just been gone. This week I spend a lot of time cleaning and organizing and not only does the house look much better, but I lost some weight!

My goal is to lose 30lbs by christmas. (start weight: 281) yes I know I’m still there!

Today’s weight is: 281 pounds

My goal weight for next week is. 279 pounds
