The stock market is still falling and I really have been thinking about investing something soon. I don’t think it’s done yet so I’m going to wait just a little longer as I’m looking at getting things as cheep as possible and then leaving it there for a while. I’m not planning on investing much, but I want to get something going and have wanted to for years, so this is not new. right now is a great time to invest if your looking for long term because eventually the market will go back up.

I also have some bills to pay and I need to buy clothes as I’m losing weight again and not only will my clothing not fit soon, but my jeans are starting to wear out. I have had them for about 3 years so it’s understandable. Luckily I have a gift card to do that with and will only have to spend a little more. I’m heading over to Lane Bryantwho finally got a clue and gave out their $50 gift check that can be used on more then just normal priced items, so I will be buying clothing today! I need to splurge a little and buy nice clothing that makes me feel better about me. I think it may help my depression issue a little.

I also need to pay off more of my debt but after doing my budget it looks like I may have to only pay a little, but at least it will be something. I realized the other day I have $400 more then I thought because of my diabetes supplies, so I’m going to send them something this month and hopefully keep paying it. I feel horrible because most people could get that covered in a month or two me it could take a year or more to do. Luckily my aunt got me test strips for free so I have like a year supply right now and don’t have to worry about buying those!

Stem cell research is one of the best types of research out there, at least that is what I think, there are so many things that you can accomplish with this research such as cancer cures, cures for diabetes and more. Those two I have listed are the ones right now that are most important to me. I have diabetes and cancer runs in my family so if we can get a cure I would be helped out a lot and so will many other people.

Did you know though that a woman’s menstrual fluid contains stem cells that can be used to help fight diseases in directly related relatives. So keeping these could help you, if your female, your children, siblings or parents fight diseases like Alzheimers and heart disease. You also can do this in the comfort of your own home, by using C’elle and their service that will help you though the process. If you are interested, which I hope you are you can check out their Order Now page and order or if your like me and short on cash you may want to check out their Pricing Page first as this is not an inexpensive product, but could help you save money later in life, so it’s worth the price. I know once I actually have the extra I will be doing this, just because I don’t know one side of my family history, so if I can help anyone or help myself it will be worth it.

I was talking to an old classmate of mine today and she told me about a great product she used to lose weight, it’s called Curvelle and she lost over 50lbs with it. I’m happy for her, but I always find myself wondering what the after effect of some of these pills are. I know some people who have used them and have had nothing happen to them, others though have gotten very sick.

I’ve thought about using them before in fact while cleaning today I found two hoodia bottles that I never opened. I don’t think I will be using them because of the diabetes and all that. I don’t need to make myself even more sick.

Every week I do a weigh in on my diabetes blog. I’m working on losing weight and so far I thought I was doing okay. I haven’t gained weight, but I haven’t lost any. The weird part about this is that I can fit into jeans I use to wear a few years ago when I was smaller. I wasn’t able to do so back in January so I thought I was doing well. I got on the scale today and no change.

I know this is possible, I gained muscle but I also do a monthly measurement to see if I’ve lost inches and I really didn’t, at least not in my waist area. So now I’m very confused and wondering what is going on. How can I fit into jeans that are 4 sizes smaller then what I am weiring now? Yes what I am wearing now is big on me and I should get rid of them soon, but I don’t have the money yet. I have 3 pairs of the smaller ones and 4 of the big ones. I can wear all of them right now. I just don’t get it. It’s like I’m in some weird universe where I shrink depending on the jeans I put on!

As many of you know I’m diabetic. I have been looking for the last few months for an ID bracelet that I actually like, that doesn’t cost $300. Yes medical jewelry can be that expensive.

I think I found one I like and it’s only $29 but I still don’t have that much to spend right now. I could just add it to my Christmas list, but no one has that much to spend right now. My little brother gets everything so theres no money left. No I’m not mad about it, I understand where my mom is coming from. All of us girls got TV’s and game stuff, even though my older sister and I got it from our father and my sister took it all when she moved out after graduating. Yes I am mad about that!

Anyway. I know it’s a health issue if I don’t get it. So should I cut down on the gift spending and buy it, or wait and see if I get it for Christmas. There is a slight chance.
