I started thinking the other day that maybe I should look into a loan, getting Fast Personal Loans can be tricky though and I also don’t know if I want a personal loan as I’m still kinda hoping I can find a house to buy that is cheep. If I can’t I may consider taking out a personal loan to pay off all of my doctor bills that way I don’t have to worry about them, I can’t do that though until I can make more money, but I think I’m starting to get somewhere with that. I just have to be patent, right?

I know I will be doing to shopping around though I may just end up back at the bank I got my first personal loan from. That way they know I have paid and maybe I’ll be able to get it easier then trying to get one with someone else.

My mother rents a home. She loves doing it and I love that she has been able to make it succeed. It was out of necessity as she had a new home built just before all of this mortgage mess and the economy going crazy. Actually it was about 2 years before that, but Michigan’s economy has been bad since then, it didn’t start with the housing market like the rest of the country did.

Anyway she just called to see about refinancing the house to put on a new roof, because it needs it. They won’t do it because that house is not worth it. It sucks, because she may have to unload it at a very cheep price now. Hopefully she can do something about it and not worry anymore. There are so many other problems we are having right now and this is something that she shouldn’t have to worry about.

Because the school has decided once again to screw me over I may not be able to buy my house unless I come up with the $21,000 myself. Now that may not seem like a lot to some of you, but for me it’s a ton of money. I talked to two mortgage lenders who both told me that even if I pay off my debt this month. It won’t help my credit for at least 6 months.

It just seems so unfair. I’m going to try to pay off everything anyway as I watch my credit closely and if I notice the points go up I’m applying anyway. I just wish that the system could give people trying a chance, no they help the ones who are in thousands of dollars of credit card debt who will just get more credit cards and go farther into debt. Maybe I’ll get lucky and win the lottery!

Even though I didn’t get the loan for my house I’m still going to be moving within the next few months. I’m trying again after I pay off a few things. If you have never moved before sometimes it can seem like a difficult and crazy thing. Trust me it is and you will need help if your a first timer.

The Internet has a ton of information you can use to help you move. One website I find very helpful is Relocation.com. They can help you find moving companies, a home and even get a loan. All in one sites like these are great because you don’t have to go anywhere and they are usually very easy to use, this one is no exception. It’s well laid out and simple.

Moving can be a fun and exciting experience, you get to go to a new place, meet new people and start a new life. Do some research before you move though so that the experience is not overshadowed by everything that went wrong in your move.

I decided to try to call another bank and see if I could get a loan. Apparently everyone only checks the expiring credit report that is about 100 points off from the other 2 so I can’t get a loan. It sucks, I really wanted this house. Of course the fact that I wanted it should have stopped me from even trying. I don’t understand why I get my hopes up anymore. I’m never going to be able to do anything I want to. It’s been that way for 25 years why would it change now.

Sometimes I wonder why I’m still here. Why I just can’t be happy and why everyone else gets everything, but I get nothing. If you can’t tell I’m a little depressed.

I was reading today about people who have moved to help reduce their gas intake. I guess I am not the only one who thought this was a great idea and that is a good thing. One women I read about moved because she lived 60 miles from her teaching job. Another lived 30 miles from his job. His choice was between food and gas.

It’s sad when it comes down to things like that, even for me it’s a combination of food and health or gas. I ate out so much over the last year that I didn’t lose much weight and felt horrible. Not good when your diabetic and trying to get off insulin. I do like the trend though as it means we are starting to realize that this is a problem and we have to change our dependency on oil. I personally hope that if I can buy this house that I can take my bike and use that to get to school when the weather is good. There is no reason why I couldn’t.

I know getting a mortgage takes a while. But I really want this house and I don’t even know if I’m approved for anything. I got a number for a lady from a friend and called yesterday. I’m hoping she calls today. I guess I’m still just worried someone is going to take it and I’ll lose. I’m thinking though I may try to get the loan as an investment loan. I don’t plan on living there for more then 2 years and I’m open to renting it. I’m still not sure if that will help me any though. The Realtor thinks it might.

I guess I’m just impatient. I didn’t think I would find one I liked this quick or one that would be this close to a friend of mine who is closing on her house this coming week. She’s right across the street from this house. So it would be perfect for me and for when I rent. It just seems that whenever I want something like this I can’t have it. I’m really getting tired of it, but hopefully this will work out.
