I had a great idea this morning as I was getting my shoes on to hop on the treadmill. My little brothers new dog kept trying to take them from me so I wouldn’t leave the house and I decided to take her for a walk instead. It worked really well and I have to say she moves a lot faster then our other dog who is older and has a reason to move slow. I felt great after my walk and even did a little weight lifting, though I think I will have to work on that as my blood sugar dropped at that point and I had to stop. The good news is I don’t think I’ll have to rely on a diet pill or surgery.
I think that tomorrow I’ll take the dog back out again and start training her to walk on a leash and eventually walk without one. It should be a very good way to keep me out there and doing this.
